Room Rates & Policies:

High Season (June 1st - September 30th)
$120.00 per night
$100.00 for 3 nights or more

Low Season (October 1st - May 31st except Christmas and Easter)
$100.00 per night
$90.00 for 3 nights or more

  • rates are based on double occupancy
  • $20.00 for each additional person (5 years and under are Free)
  • Payment is by cash or traveler's cheques only.
  • Check-in: 6:00 - 8:00pm (unless prior arrangements have been made)
  • Check-out: before 10:30am
  • We will confirm the availability of dates requested, as soon as possible, by e-mail or phone.

Location & Directions:

Canmore is centrally located with Banff only minutes away and Calgary, Lake Louise, and Kananaskis Country an hour's drive. The beautiful scenery and the tremendous opportunities for adventure and fun are all within your reach when staying in Canmore. We would be glad to help you arrange guided tours.

How to find Mountain Peaks B & B:

From Calgary (Highway #1 West):

  • Take "TheThree Sisters Parkway" Exit
  • Turn left at the stop sign ( it will take you onto the overpass over highway #1)
  • Turn right at the next 4-way stop
  • Go straight through the next 3-way stop onto Peaks Drive ( You will see the Worldmark Inn on the Left side)
  • At the t-intersection, turn left and then take an immediate right down the back alley where we are the 2nd house on the left with the detached garage and deck on top (13 Shellian Lane)
  • Please park on the asphalt parking stall beside the garage and then make your way up the 4 stairs to the entrance.

From Downtown Canmore:

  • Cross the river from 8th Avenue to Bridge Road, which turns into Rundle Drive.
  • Turn left onto Three Sisters Drive, driving past the turn off for the Nordic Center
    Turn right onto Peaks Drive
  • At the t-intersection, turn left and then take an immediate right down the back alley where we are the 2nd house on the left with the detached garage and deck on top (13 Shellian Lane)
  • Please park on the asphalt parking stall beside the garage and then make your way up the 4 stairs to the entrance.

From Banff (Highway #1 East):

  • Take "TheThree Sisters Parkway" Exit (the last entrance into Canmore)
    Turn right at the next 4-way stop
  • Go straight through the next 3-way stop onto Peaks Drive ( You will see the Worldmark Inn on the Left side)
  • At the t-intersection, turn left and then take an immediate right down the back alley where we are the 2nd house on the left with the detached garage and deck on top (13 Shellian Lane)
